Role Overview
The Senior Resident – MICU will be responsible for providing clinical care to critically ill patients, monitoring ICU patients, responding to emergencies, assisting consultants/intensivists, and coordinating with nursing and multidisciplinary teams. Typical MICU Senior Resident roles include management of ventilated patients, hemodynamic instability, sepsis/shock, emergency response and ICU documentation.
